Softening Cleft Chin & Chin Shadow with Dermal Filler
This patient wanted to soften the appearance of a prominent cleft chin and reduce shadowing that made the chin look deeper in certain lighting - while still maintaining a natural dimple (not removing it completely). We also added a touch of projection to balance his profile.
Using a multilayer approach with @Revanesse Sculpt placed deeply for structure and Revanesse Ultra more superficially for refinement, we created a smoother contour and natural definition.
