Lower Blepharoplasty, Upper Eyelid Pinch & Direct Brow Lift

This patient underwent a combination of procedures designed to refresh the upper third of the face while preserving a natural, balanced appearance.

By addressing both the upper and lower eyelids, as well as brow position, we were able to restore a more rested and open expression:

✔️ Lower Blepharoplasty (skin and muscle) helped reduce lower eyelid heaviness and remove excess tissue contributing to a tired appearance
✔️ Upper Eyelid Pinch allowed for subtle correction of excess upper lid skin
✔️ Direct Brow Lift elevated the brow to its natural position, enhancing the results of the eyelid procedures and improving overall symmetry
