This beautiful patient is an excellent example of what we typically see at the 3-month mark - refined early results with mild, normal swelling that will continue to settle over the coming months.
At this stage, the overall shape of the nose is becoming more defined, the profile is smoother, and balance between the bridge and tip is already greatly improved. Subtle changes will continue to appear as swelling resolves and the final contours take shape over the next 9–12 months.
✨ At 3 months, patients often notice:
A smoother nasal bridge
Improved tip definition
Better facial balance from all angles
Refined proportions - even with swelling still present
Rhinoplasty is a gradual, evolving procedure - and this is a beautiful early example of where the journey begins.
