This patient wanted a softer, more natural result. She wanted to look great for her age, not
necessarily dramatically tightened or overly sculpted. For that reason, a more conservative
approach to the neck was chosen, focusing on improving laxity and restoring a smoother
neckline while preserving a natural appearance.
Combined with a temporal brow lift and CO₂ laser resurfacing to address skin texture, fine
lines, and sun damage, the result is a refreshed look that still feels authentic to the patient.
