A beautiful refresh for our lovely patient! This patient presented with concerns related to periorbital aging, including excess upper eyelid skin and volume loss in the lower eyelids, along with overall skin texture and photodamage.

✨ At 6 months post-op, we’re seeing:
• Refreshed, natural upper eyelid contours
• Restoration of lower eyelid volume with improved hollowing
• Smoother skin texture and improved tone across the full face
• Well-healed incisions with continued scar maturation
• A brighter, more youthful appearance while preserving natural expression

Her treatment plan included:
• Upper blepharoplasty
• Fat grafting
• Full-face CO₂ laser resurfacing
