For this patient, we took a combined facial rejuvenation approach to restore definition,
improve skin texture, and create a more refreshed appearance while maintaining his
natural masculine features.
This patient presented with concerns around facial aging through the lower face, neck,
and eye area. His surgical plan focused on improving jawline and neck definition with a
face and neck lift, while upper blepharoplasty addressed heaviness through the upper
eyelids. Lower lid CO2 laser resurfacing was used to improve skin texture, fine lines,
and overall smoothness beneath the eyes.
