Transconjunctival Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Transfer & Scar Revision

This patient’s transformation is a perfect example of how combining surgical techniques can create a naturally refreshed and balanced look.
A transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty is performed from inside the lower eyelid, leaving no external scar. This approach allows us to address puffiness or under-eye bags by repositioning or removing fat - all while maintaining the natural eyelid contour.
In this case, we also performed fat transfer to restore lost volume in the tear trough and surrounding areas, softening hollowness and improving overall smoothness.
Finally, a scar revision to the left brow refined the appearance of a previous scar, blending it more seamlessly with the surrounding skin.
Every element of this procedure was tailored to the patient’s unique anatomy and goals.
