6 MONTHS POST-OP:
Rhinoplasty
Treated by Dr. Brace
Six months after surgery, this patient’s rhinoplasty result is already showing beautiful
balance and refinement — with swelling continuing to improve over the next several
months. ✨
Her main concerns included:
• A nasal tip that appeared wide and drooped when smiling
• A small bump on the bridge of the nose
• A nose that projected slightly too far and lacked tip rotation
Her goal was a softer, more balanced profile while keeping a natural look that fits her
face.
Her surgical plan included:
✔️Open Rhinoplasty – to allow precise reshaping of the nose
✔️Dorsal Refinement – to smooth the small bump along the bridge
✔️Nasal Bone Adjustment (Osteotomies) – to refine the nasal structure
✔️Septal Cartilage Graft – using the patient’s own cartilage for support
✔️Tip Rotation & Deprojection – to gently lift and reduce projection of the tip
✔️Tip Refinement Techniques – to create a more defined, elegant nasal tip
At 6 months post-op, the nose looks softer, more refined, and better balanced with her
facial features while still appearing completely natural.
Swelling will continue to settle over the first year, with ongoing improvement in tip
definition.
Many thanks to our patient for allowing us to share her results
