Male Rhinoplasty Results | 6 Months Post-OpTreated by: Dr. Brace
One of the biggest differences between male and female rhinoplasty is the goal.
For many male patients, the objective isn’t to create a smaller, more refined nose. It’s
to preserve strong, masculine features while improving facial balance and nasal
function.
In this case, our patient had a prominent convex nasal profile (the hump along the
bridge of the nose) that he felt drew attention away from his other features.
Using an open rhinoplasty approach, Dr. Brace carefully reshaped the bone and
cartilage, reduced the prominence of the bridge, and placed structural grafts to support
both the appearance and function of the nose. He focused on creating better facial
balance and maintain healthy nasal airflow.
These photos were taken at his 6-month follow-up appointment. While his results
already look fantastic, rhinoplasty healing continues for up to a year and beyond, with
subtle refinements still to come.
